The Development

Saltisford Office Park is located on the A425 Saltisford Road off Ansell Way. Saltisford Road is a popular bus route, an important gateway to Warwick town centre and a link from the town centre to the A46 and M40.

Construction of the phase started in June 2005 and was completed in March 2006.

Saltisford is the first high quality office development in Warwick town centre for 15 years. When the final phase is completed, Saltisford will comprise a 73,000 Ft² (6, 780 M²) £16 million office park.
