Shepherd Developments Completes Felixstowe Development for Sports Division
Shepherd Developments has completed the refurbishment of 59 Hamilton Road, Felixstowe IP11 7BE town centre and leased it to Sports Division, on a 25 year full repairing and insuring basis, at an initial rent of £32,500 per annum.
This property is located in a prime retail position next to Marks & Spencer and provides approaching 3,000 Ft² (280 M²) of accommodation.
Sports Division is now part of JJB Sports and one of Europe's most successful sports goods retailers, which operates more than 500 outlets round the UK.
