Shepherd Developments sells Leeds Industrial Site
Shepherd Developments has sold its 2.19 hectare (5.4 acre) Crosspoint industrial site at Richardshaw Road, on the Grangefield Industrial Estate, Pudsey, Leeds to Scorpio Products Limited for £1.21 million, equating to £553,000 per hectare (£225,000 per acre).
It is understood that Scorpio Products require the site for their own occupation and intend to carry out an industrial/warehousing development. Shepherd Developments had previously cleared the site and secured planning consent.
