Shepherd Developments' York Office Project Takes Shape
Shepherd Developments are on target with their 37,000 sq ft (3,400 m²) Stuart House office development on Hospital Fields Road, just off Fulford Road; the principal (A19) southern approach to York and with easy access to the A64 York bypass.
The steelwork frame for the development went up just before Christmas and the project is on target for completion in the summer of 2003. The building will offer a high specification Headquarters, which would include a high level of comfort cooling and on-site parking.
Construction is by Shepherd Developments' sister company Shepherd Construction.
