Shepherd Developments sell again in Manchester
Shepherd Developments have now agreed a pre-sale on their Eastern Approach site at Denton. Greater Manchester.
Shepherd Developments in association with Argon Properties have pre-sold a 90,000 sq ft (8,361m2) industrial / warehousing unit to Qualtex UK Limited for a figure in the order of £4.77m. Construction work starts on site in the next week or so with a view to completing the unit in October 2003.
Nick Child, Director of Shepherd Developments said "We have been very pleased with our recent activities within the Manchester industrial market and are keen to look at more opportunities.".
Shepherds are left with approximately 4.5 acres (1.8 hectares) but report that this is also now under offer with a view to an imminent exchange of contracts.
