New Retail Development For Doncaster
Shepherd Developments has entered into a joint venture with Bayford Developments Limited to carry out a multi-million pound retail scheme on Thorne Road, Doncaster.
This new scheme, on a roundabout on the A18 and close to a Sainsburys Superstore, will provide 30,000 Ft² (2,787 M²) of lettable retail space. It comprises a food store, pre-let to rapidly expanding discount food retailer Lidl, non-food retail units and a fast food restaurant. It is anticipated that the project will have an end value of approaching £4.5 million.
Shepherd Developments' Leeds Office (Tel: 0113 242 2751) is handling the project which has now started on site and is due for completion in the middle of 1999.
