Site Acquired for Portakabin

Shepherd Developments has acquired a 4 acre (1.62 hectare) industrial development site on Gelderd Road, Leeds and let it to Portakabin Ltd, at £58,500 per annum, on a 25 year lease, subject to a 15 year break.

Portakabin will operate a Hire Centre from the site which is ideally situated. It has a prominent frontage to Gelderd Road, with excellent access and visibility from the M621. The M621 in turn offers direct links onto the M62 and M1 Motorways.
