Fellowes Moves Into New 190,000 Ft² Warehouse
Fellowes Limited has taken possession of its new manufacturing facility at West Moor Park, Doncaster. The new building, consisting of 190,000 Ft²ft on a 10-acre site, was developed through a joint venture between Shepherd Developments
(Tel: 0113 242 2751) and Teesland Group plc (Tel: 0113 243 5313) and pre-let to Fellowes.
The scheme has now been sold to the Mountcity Group for £8 million. Jones Lang LaSalle (Tel: 0113 244 6440) acted for the joint venture and Insignia Richard Ellis (Tel: 0113 394 8800) acted for Mountcity.
This is one of a number of ventures being carried out by the two development companies, which also include 600,000 Ft²ft of industrial space in Manchester and 146,000 Ft²ft of office space in Liverpool.
Shepherd Developments is the commercial property development arm of Shepherd Building Group, one of the largest privately owned groups in the European building sector.
Teesland Group plc ("Teesland") is an earnings based property company. Teesland headquarters are in London and it has offices in Edinburgh, Leeds and Belfast. It has a current development portfolio in excess of £1 billion and assets under management of some £500 million.
