Park Life'...Shepherd Starts Phase 3 at West Moor Park Development

Shepherd Construction has started work on-site at West Moor Park, Doncaster, the third phase of a contract on behalf of Shepborough Developments (Doncaster) Ltd, a joint venture between Shepherd Developments and Scarborough Development Group. This is the sixth project Shepherd has undertaken on the West Moor Park Development.

The new £4 million building will create 11,000m² of warehouse space and includes glazed offices over one-storey, lobby atrium, service yard and car park. The external area of the building will be developed to blend into the modern approach Shepherd created on previous projects on the industrial estate.

Completion on the project is scheduled for October 2005.
