SHEPHERD DEVELOPMENTS has pre-sold 37-45 Kensington High Street, in London before Shepherd Construction has started on-site. This office and retail project was acquired for just over £17m and comprises five prime retail units and around 15,000 Ft² of top grade offices.
This development follows on from the success Shepherd developments had with its adjoining joint venture project, which it was instrumental in selling for £44m shortly after completion.
